When the brand campaign budget allocation % changes and a redeploy occurs, the brand campaign budget doesn't get updated

      Description

      The Optus brand campaign budget % was recently changed from 20% down to 5%. All the normal campaign budgets were increased by allocating the free 15%, but the brand campaign budget remains at the 20% level.

      Phej said the listener allocates budgets properly when the account budget amount changes. It should be updated to do the same when the brand budget allocation % changes.
