Description
isSellable is one of [0,1] but its accepting other than 0 & 1 and doesn't raising an alarm.
Steps to reproduce
Step 1: open the location.csv file and set isSellable value other than 0 and 1.
Step 2: Upload the file with validate.
Step 3: The error is not highlighted.
Ex : 24,"Rest of SA","Rest of SA","active","capital_city_area",4,"AU-SA",0.25,0,1,5,90.00000,-180.00000,800000,meters,"alias","shortAlias","aliasType"

Uploading file without any error.
