DEMO: TSA user can demo AML

TSA user (likely Autumn) will need to log into AML with working taxonomies, content, UI screens, dbs, etc. (most stable build tbd) so that the following user stories can be demo'd:

2. CRUD quote
3. CRUD order with existing merchant (and also show when there is no merchant match)
4. CRUD merchant

7. Request Deployment and view account/campaigns/content in AdWords
8. View deployed order in UI

please create Reseller Type user accounts and TSA type user accounts
account names could be user1, user2, user3 and easy pw

ACCESS TO AML:

For Tuesday, Nov 20th, demo will be executed from Autumn's PC at the TSA office - presenting via WebEx to LA meeting.

For Thursday, Nov 29th, demo will be executed by JeffC in YB's King of Prussia office, likely to have TSA VPN access, but would be nice not to have this dependency.
