DEMO: when the user clicks Request Deployment, the merchant account and campaigns are created/updated in Google AdWords

after user clicks Request Deployment, the order status is set to Pending.

magic happens

Google Adwords displays merchant account (UUID,BAID, BLID, etc...)
account includes 3 search engine campaigns for each BA/BL:

1. GT is the geo target campaign that has the campaign geo target set to the location selected. One adgroup with keywords from BA repository. campaign budget is 1/3 the portion of daily nominal budget. Content and Search Network and All Devices.

2. GM is the geo modified campaign that has the campaign geo target set to the country of the location selected, i.e.US. At least the one adgroup that includes the keywords from the GT campaign, except each of those keywords are geo-modified in three ways: "KEYWORD in BL", "KEYWORD BL" and "BL KEYWORD" If there are aliases in the location taxonomy, then each alias has its own adgroup with the geo-modifications made to each of the GT keywords using the alias location name. Search Network only (no Content network) and All devices

3. MO is the mobile campaign that has campaign settings: geo targeted to BL for that campaign (same as GT), only Mobile devices (no tablet), and both Search and Content networks.

if the campaigns are successfully deployed, i.e. no errors, then the campaign status values should all be set to Active (in Google) and Accruing Budget (in ABU). If the campaigns are not successful, i.e. there is an error, but still created in Google, then status will be Paused in Google and Not Accruing Budget in ABU.
