Order search is returning merchant IDs as orders along with real search results.

I have a bunch of merchants and orders in the system. I tried to search for a couple of orders to narrow the list down and the search results returned the orders I was looking for plus a bunch of non-existent/blank orders with valid Merchant IDs in the Quote Name column. See screenshot. (Note the weird looking Quote Names are the merchant IDs that are in the system.)
