Description
user selects location and does not select BA (default is in place - Accommodation BC and no BAs selected).
clicks Add to Quote but nothing happens. stays on Add BA/Loc to Quote page and button turns blue and you can click on it all day long.. but need to have a dialog that displays,
"At least one business area must be selected before clicking the Add to Quote button." If you want something more generic,
"Before clicking the Add to Quote button, one location and at least one business area must be selected."
