Description
The budget being sent to google after removing the markup value is incorrect.
For instance, the user enters 20 as a budget and the markup is 50%. We are sending $10 to google as our budget. We should be sending $13.33 since $13.33 + 50% equals $20. This issue can cause our budgets being sent to google to be below the min price from the quote we get from google.
