User is asked to save changes to an order even if they don't make changes

If the user begins browsing through open orders in the order page, the quote range gets updated automatically for each order that is opened. If the user tries to click on another order in the list, they are prompted to save changes. The user may no know what the changes were and be hesitant to apply that change. It's really more of an annoyance/UX problem than anything. If the user is just cruising through orders, they shouldn't have to deal with a popup after every order they click on.
