      From the FAQ link in AML:

      1. How do I add or remove a user?
      To add or remove users, a support ticket containing the user email login name(s) to be added or removed must be submitted by the reseller’s administrator.

      2. How do I change my password?
      To change a user password, a support ticket containing the user name for the account to be updated must be submitted by the reseller’s administrator. If a specific password is requested, please include that password in the ticket.

      3. Can I pause campaigns that have been deployed?
      To pause deployed campaigns, the user must submit a support ticket with the merchant name, UUID, and specific campaign(s) (business area(s)/location(s)) to be paused.

      4. How do I delete campaigns that have been deployed?
      To delete a subset of campaigns that have been deployed, click the Create Order button and include only the business area/location campaigns not to be deleted. The campaigns included in the order will replace the campaigns deployed in Google AdWords. To delete all campaigns that have been deployed, the user must submit a support ticket with the merchant name, UUID, and the list of campaigns (business area(s)/location(s)) to be deleted.

      5. How do I delete a merchant?
      To delete a merchant from the list of merchants, the user must submit a support ticket with the merchant name and UUID. (Not in FAQ: WE WILL DELETE CAMPAIGNS FROM A SUBMITTED ORDER in ADDITION TO WHAT IS ALREADY DEPLOYED IN ADWORDS).
