Create scripts to pull the following 4 csv reports on a daily basis for Account Management:

Account Level Order Data
Merchant ID (customer’s identifier)
Merchant UUID (TSA’s system identifier)
Nominal Monthly Budget
Markup Budget
Account Start Date

Account Level Carryover Data
  Merchant UUID
  Sum of the Account’s Carryover on a given day
  Account Status (active, paused, deleted)

Account Level Performance Data
Merchant UUID
Clicks
Spend
Impressions

Campaign Data (one row per advert/campaign)
      Merchant UUID
      Campaign ID
      Campaign Start Date
      BA ID
      Loc ID
