Description
Radius is between 0 and 500 miles, 0 and 800 kilometers, or 0 and 800000 meters all inclusive.
Steps to reproduce
Step 1: open the location.csv file and set radius value to 8000000 and radiusUnit to kilometers/Miles.
Step 2: Upload the file with validation.
Step 3: The error is not highlighted.
