Quote Range estimate is incorrect when selecting multiple BA/Locs

            Description

            looks like the estimate is added twice when displaying two different BA/Locs

            steps to reproduce:

            select Tax Accountants - Mobile, AL
            note max range is $55.66
            add Tax Accountants - Irvine,CA
            note max range is $465.38
            remove Mobile, AL (so that only Tax Accountants - Irvine, CA remain)
            note max range is $177.03 (instead of 465.38-55.66)
