This sounds like a deployment problem to me. If the daily budget for an SE campaign is < 0.01 at deployment, its budget should probably be set to 0.01 rather than the real value (0.004 in this case). Over time it may accumulate enough budget to be spent, just not on the first day. Caitlyn, I thought there was a minimum (0.01) on the initial budgets sent to Google ... yes/no?
