OPTUS_BRANDUI: Consistency missing on Customer Selection window

Consistency missing on Customer Selection window.

1. Log into Brand Campaign UI

2. Enter few characters in Customer ID box on Customer Selection window. and click in entityID box.

3.Enter few numeric characters, CustomerId field gets disabled.

Actual result : Entity field is enabled even though we have entered characters in customerId box.

Expected result: When user enters characters in CustomerID, EntityID box should be disabled.
