Description
When we operate Validate Staging Area twice, switch to Validation tab and try to delete/remove one of them, then it deletes one but one remains.
Steps to reproduce
Step 1: Click Local File tab, click browse and upload a x.csv file.
Step 2: Click Load button.
Step 3: Select Stagaing Area say Test and Move file from local to selected staging Area.
Step 4: Menu Staging Area->validate Staging Area.
Step 5: Switch to Validation tab, Shows the file validated.
Step 6: Menu Staging Area->validate Staging Area.
Step 7: Same file is loaded again, now delete/remove one of them.
Step 8: The file is deleted from Validation and Staging Area.
Step 9: In validation tab still one file remains when trying to delete it doesn't.
Actual Result
Cant delete the file.
Expected Result
Should delete or override the same file when verified twice.
