User cannot add/remove a campaign in the UI

Step 1:
I created an order for Hotels in the US, with 'mer1'. This was deployed and added to adwords as expected.

I have attached a screen shot of the AML order and AdWord after this deploy

Step 2:
I created another order for the same merchant, that was adding a campaign. This was for Hotels and Motels in the US. I then tried to deploy this, and got an error in the UI that told me to enter a support ticket.

I have gone and tested the same thing removing a campaign in the UI. Starting off with 2 campaigns, deploying that, and then creating another order with only 1 campaign and deploying that. I get the same error in jboss as the case above.
