Report before whsumm was run - 215909 SE Rev has a value of '$20,800.00'

Report after whsumm was run - 216113 SE Rev has a value of '$0.00'

Log file from whsumm run tmp/jelliott_MSDC

Steps:

1. Ran report for legalzoom (R-215909)

2. Changed configuration in Admin tools (see screenshot)

3. Ran "./whsumm.sh -d3 -a 289 --date 2010-05-08 2> /tmp/jelliott_MSDC" with branch build 14

4. Ran a 2nd report (R-216113) and checked the SE Rev value, and conv values.
