            Description

            NOTE: I'm relying on Manasa/Paul to add more optus-specific details, like the deploy failures related to Brand Campaigns. Also, the affects and fix versions are not set because I could not find 1.5.3 in JIRA for this project.

            Steps to reproduce:

            1) start jboss and admax listener

            2) run radius boost python script
            ./AMLUpdatePointRadiusTargetting.py localhost y0ur-merc-hant-uu1d-1234 1.5

            3) watch the listener log for the google error.
