Optus/SMB supports migrating existing campaign sitelinks to enhanced campaign sitelinks with minimum required changes to support Enhanced Campaigns

            Description

            Migration from legacy sitelinks (1.5.3) to enhanced sitelinks (1.5.4) will be handled with redeploys, just as we handled adding legacy sitelinks back in 1.4. Details are explained in the release notes:

            ADS redeploys will handle creating enhanced sitelinks and will ignore legacy sitelinks.

            We will need a script to delete legacy sitelinks. Details TBD.
