site links can be added using the new feed service

This is the first subtask of OPTUS-119 and this is where the bulk of the work will be done. This includes importing the relevant FeedService code from AML, and integrating sitelinks to use it. As stated in the parent task, there are some caveats to watch out for in AML's implementation that will not work for sitelinks.

text can be no longer than 25 characters per Google requirement, so if BA description is > 25 characters, skip it (do not create a sitelink for it)
