BranchAddress fields should be optional (except branchAddressID and mainBranchFlag)

            Description

            Currently any missing fields will result in velocity tags being displayed in their place on the web site.

            BranchAddress fields (e.g. addressLine4) should be optional. deploySite() requests should handle null fields by mapping them to empty strings.
