Suppressing the display of a branch address should be allowed as part of the deployment

Yell supported marking addresses as "suppressed" which allowed customization to display them even though they wouldn't show up on the web site. This was easier for a customer that wanted to enable them later - they didn't have to enter the address ... it was already there, just suppressed.
