Business Category and GEO1 metadata not being added to page context

The Site Service is not adding the geo1 and business_type_content mappings to the CorePageContext(velocity context implementation) which is causing site generation to not correctly generate pages.

This was noticed as missing geo1 tag on SEM pages in the sprint meeting on 6/21 but the business_type_content should be displayed on all pages.
