The SSUI should have "show address on site" unchecked when the physical address is supressed in SODA

            Description

            When Optus chooses to do not display a physical address in soda, then the site gets generated with out an address and there is no map, because there is no address to show. The SSUI also has “show map on site is unchecked”. However the SSUI does not have “Show address on site” as unchecked. In the 1.3 release version this is currently checked in this instance, it needs to be unchecked.
