Template image scaling issue

There appears to be an error with one of the template sets. On the template we used for Blondies (http://www.blondiesonwoollahra.com.au/ - a case study which is outside the system), you can see the main page picture is 600x400. However, in the system when people load a picture that is large enough, the picture is getting scaled down significantly. Here are two examples:
