CLONE - DEMO - Deployed order is not being queued properly in the listener

            Description

            I had created an order with a merchant UUID of 259bb8d5-8c04-4158-ac16-b232bd9e4b57. I saved everything and requested deployment. The UI set the order to submitted. The JBOSS log indicated that it was received. The listener service did not pick it up and it wasn't added to the queue.

            In order for it to be deployed it had to be manually triggered and then it worked. The UI still had the status listed as Submitted, not deployed.

            The listener needs to pick up and queue orders properly.
