SEAccount budget caps the bids, but isn't being updated daily

            Description

            The SEAccount entries have an initial daily budget set that is used to validate
            bids. When AdMax runs, it sets a new daily budget for a campaign on Google, but
            doesn't currently update the SEAccount table. This results in bids being capped
            by the initial daily budget, not the current daily budget.
