Description
When we clear campaigns with destination URL errors, all records of the
campaigns are deleted. If Yell then triggers a redeployment, and some of those
campaigns have a deleted status, then the admaxlistener treats this as an error
(cannot create campaigns with a deleted status). This behavior should be changed
to simply ignore the campaign and treat it as a "successful" operation. The
campaign is already deleted in our system, so this would be consistent behavior.
