      The display URL for a Campaign, that can be entered by the user in
      the 'Campaign Settings' tab accepts junk values.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login to the YELL SMSc home page with valid credentials and valid SAP id.
      2. Navigate to "Campaign Settings' tab , select any one of the existing
      campaign and in the "click URL column" click [edit]
      3. The 'Custom Click URL for Campaign' page,in the display url (i.e in the
      text box corresponding to the caption "Below is the URL that will display in
      the ad. The URL must be within 35 characters.")enter some invalid value . For
      e.g: www.@$@#%@.com
      4. Click OK

      Expected Result:
      A error message box should be popped ,asking to enter a valid URL or the
      value should not be accepted.

      Actual Result:
      The URL is accepted and saved.
