The mouse pointer doesn't convert to "hand" symbol when placed on the hyperlink [edit].

In the Campaign settings table, the mouse pointer doesn't get convert
to "hand" symbol when placed on the [edit] hyperlink.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the YELL SMSc home page with a valid credentials and valid SAP id.
2. Navigate to "Campaign Settings' tab , select any one of the existing
campaign
3. Now place the mouse over the '[edit]' hyperlink and observe

Expected Result:
As the [edit] is a hyperlink,the mousepointer should change into "hand"
symbol.

Actual Result:
The mouse pointer remains as it when palced over the hyperlink.
