      Using a valid SAP id ,the user is not able to login to the SMSc application
      page.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login to the YELL SMSc home page with a valid username and password .
      2. Now when it prompts for a SAP id,provide a valid ID (for eg: lockem3),click
      on the submit button and observe

      Expected Result:
      The user should be able to login to the SMSc page and work on it.

      Actual Result:
      The login fails and the error message says "The call failed on the server; see
      server log for details"
