SMSc3: Destination url does not get modified for existing custom keywords

            Description

            Project: SMSc3
            Test Env: yell-ec-mms1

            Repro Steps:
            1. Logged into SMSc and navigated to "Google Adwords Campaign Settings"
            2. Added new custom keywords.
            3. Checked newly added keywords in Google Sandbox and observed Destination url.
            4. Modified the Google Adwords click URL
            5. Re-checked keywords added in step 2.

            Observed that the destination url of active keywords do not change even after changing the url in SMSc.

            Note:
            Did not check the "Apply URL to all landing pages" checkbox.
