Steps:
1. Login to SMSc with valid credentials (Username,password & SAPiD).
2. Click on the "edit" link in the 'Advertiser Logo'
3. Click on the "Browse" button ,select an 450*150 size logo and upload it.
4. Again click on the "edit" link in the 'Advertiser Logo' and observe
Expected Result:
The browse button should be available and user should be able to select new
images
Actual Result:
The browse button and the text box present in the "Advertiser Logo Upload"
dialog box is not available.

Note: This issues is specific to IE6.On both IE8 & FF 3.5. it is working fine.
