      Description

Per Carl, The Home Page content (for BT), should use the POST TOWN (of
mainBranchFlag(Y)) as the GEO to be substituted, however, the SEO page should
use the SERVICE AREA. For example: Purchased England Campaign with an address
      in Reading.

The home page should use READING for the GEO substitution ("You will love our
      dentist's in Reading!")

The SEO page should use ENGLAND for the GEO substitition ("You will love our
      dentist's in England!")

      Related example 2:
      Reading/BF1 campaign w/ mainBranchFlag(Y)
England/BF2 campaign w/ mainBranchFlag(N) and address in Oxford

      Result should be:
Home page with Reading address and GEO substitution
SEO page for BF 1 using Reading address and Reading GEO Substitution
SEO page for BF 2 using Oxford address (and related attributes) and England GEO
      subtituion.

      Related example 3:
      Reading/BF1 campaign -mainBranchFlag(Y)
England/BF1 campaign mainBranchFlag(Y) same address as Reading

result for Home page is still using Reading as the GEO substitution
result for SEO page could be either: Reading or England as GEO sub. I recommend
      using the parent.
