Disabled landing page headline content shows up for selection in SMSc

Disabled content shows up for selection in SMSc. In this case, it is the landing page heading, which is pulled form the ad copy headline/title. Disabled content is marked with a status value of 2 in the content repository contentElementVariations.

Note that is possible for a landing page heading to currently be assigned disabled content, which was previously enabled at the time of assignment. It should not be possible to assign to currently disabled content (unless it is already assigned.) This needs to be taken into account.
