SMSc: No drop down box when there is only a single sentence for BF content

For BFs that have a single entry for sentence/heading, clicking on drop down box does not show the available sentence as an option. Ideally it should show the list of sentences from which a user can choose. (Be it a single sentence or multiple).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into SMSc on yell-ec-mms1 using "newone" as BpId

2. Goto "Business Function Content" tab

3. Click on "edit" link of "BF Pages"

• BF content editor appears

4. Try clicking on the drop down box.

Observation:

On clicking the drop down box, no sentences are shown as option to the user. This will cause an issue when there is only a single sentence and user happens to delete the sentence.
