Steps:
1. Run deploy Campaign request of adMaxServiceBinding to deploy a new campaign. (BpId: gptest68)
2. Ensure row is created in searchEngineuser table in tsacommon database.
3. Check the account structure in content editor google database
Observation:
Observed that the adgroups created do not have any searchEngineIdentifier assigned to them, but had keywords and textAds associated. Also when logged in google adwords, found that no adgroup was created for both GT and GM campaings.
