Content Update: Campaigns are not updated after the keywords are edited in mms-kwreport.csv

Once the keywords belonging to a particular business function is updated (say deleted), the changes are not reflected in Campaigns for that business function.

Steps:

1. Create a new campaign called kwtest1 using BF 1000000745 and Service area 733

2. Now, open "mms-kwreport.csv" file and remove a keyword say "contemporary kitchen".

Expected Result:

Since the keyword "contemporary kitchen" is removed from the keyword csv list, the changes must be reflected in adGroups of campaign "kwtest1" where keywords containing "contemporary kitchen" must be removed. This either happen automatically over a period of time or after the campaign is redeployed.

Actual:

No changes are observed on the adGroups and the keywords having phrase "contemporary kitchen" continue to exist.
