Description
This may be related to Yell-516, but Yell Customer Services is very concerned about their custom keywords not getting added to Google AdWords. I have attached a screen shot of SMSc with Custom keywords list and matching Google adwords adgroup keyword list for same BF: 1000002007 and SA: 24. for account: 0010412556 (customer updated on October 4 17:09) I personally tried to redeploy this by removing a keyword in SMSc, Saving, and then Adding the keyword back in SMSc, Saving, hoping that it would save to Google, but no luck - on Thursday, Oct 14 at 4:00 EDT.
The following is a list of other accounts with same issue:

in some cases, the customer has also reported that ad copy for same list get updated but then revert back to previous - might be related to multiple requests for same in the queue... just a few things to note going on related to this... But the priority is to resolve custom keywords in adwords for now. Thanks!
