SMSc: Include Negative as a keyword match type in core keyword list

      Description

      Steps:

      1. Pick up any BF say 1000000005 and create a campaign using it.

      2. For that BF, look up biz_function_location.keywords table and note the negative keywords (negative=1)

      3. Now log into SMSc using the same BPID and goto "Keyword List" section

      Observation:

You will find that the keywords that are marked as 'Negative' in keywords table are shown in core keyword list as just as 'BROAD'. There is no way that an SMSc user will know whether a core keyword in keyword list is negative or not.

A solution to deal with this will be to add in SMSc another keyword Match Type in 'Core Keyword' list to reflect negative keywords.
