SMSc updates keywords on Deleted advert instead of Active advert (for same BF/SA)

            Description

            for customer 10003989, advert 469817 was deleted Dec. 9 and Yell recreated a new advert id for the same BF/SA. For some reason, when the user goes into SMSc to add custom keywords, the custom keywords are updating the advert with Deleted status instead of the one with Active status. please see screen shots for more descriptions. thanks!
