Closing SMSc Application prevents request from being sent

I noticed when i was trying to reproduce logo issue with Yell-537, i would update the template and/or logo, clicked Submit, noted the "Changes Saved" notification. then within five minutes, closed the app. When i checked the next day, the change was not made (new template). tried the same operation again, closing the app w/in 5 minutes and again, no change. Tried the same template change a third time and did not close the app and noticed the change went through.
