SMSc UI - Manager User: A user with 'Manager' privileges has the option to degrade its role via Update User option.

Steps:

1. Login into SMSc UI with valid credentials (as a 'MANAGER' user)

2. Click on the 'MANGER USERS' button , go to 'UPDATE USER' section and click on the drop down list of the users

Expected Behavior:

The drop down list contains the name of the logged in user.

Actual Behavior:

The drop down list shouldn't contain the name of the logged in user.
