Bing: sedatacheckbing has --distribution option

Steps:

1. Log into yell-ec-xml2 and deploy the latest BM build.

2. Execute sedatacheckbing.sh with --help option.

u,-dbuser The Database User

y,-daily Request daily version of data check report

Since the script is bing specific, I am not sure why we have a --distribution option.
