Description
Steps:
1. Log into yell-ec-xml2 and deploy latest BM build.
2. Goto /usr/local/tsa/bidmgr and execute sedatacheckbing.sh in following manner.
./sedatacheckbing.sh -d3 --date 2012-04-30 --end 2012-04-25
Now, run the script in same manner,
Expected:
Since the report has already been downloaded, when run second time, the script must skip report download.
Actual:
When run second time, the script downloads the report again.
