Display names for London areas

The Locations spreadsheet has the London areas listed with "London" first so
that it will be easier for the sales team to look up in the Portal. However,
for content on the website (headings and geo substitution), the name should be
reversed. For example:

"London Central" should be "Central London"
"London - Greater East" should be "Greater East London"
