Note:
This is a regression bug as it was working in earlier builds.
Steps:
1. Goto /usr/local/tsa/bidmgr as tsaapp user.
2. Execute bingreport.sh in following manner
./bingreports.sh -d3 --date 2012-04-16
Observation:
Obtained following exception.
