Description
We needed to remove duplicate lineItemID check so that CPP can have more than one adverts with same lineItem and OrderID.
Testing Instructions:
1. Make sure adverts are created with duplicate lineItem and order combo.
2. Try with one Google and one Bing adverts.
3. Make sure logs don't throw any errors.
4. Make sure values are consistent in DB.
5. Make sure adverts are shown at adword.com and adcenter.com
