Description
Any Text Ad Delete request is blocked because the connection resource retrieved (its an update on sesystem.searchEngineConnections to inform that a searchEngineUser is making an API call) is not released. This would cause a bottleneck disallowing any other Text Ad Delete requests to go through the API call, and hence times out throwing a 'Waiting too long for Bing connection'. The limit for a time out is a constant set to 20 minutes.
Replicating the Issue.
Any TextAd delete would cause a time out. Effectively a re-deploy with a destination url and display url would block the Text Ads during their deletion.
Processes affected.
1. Account Creation
2. Account Re-deploy - All possible updates. Can be replicated much quicker on a large number of Text Ads requests for a single BPID.
3. Account Cancellation
4. Bing Content Editor runs.
