Receptor & Responder of Deployment/Update Queue not showing as INACTIVE status when Jboss connection lost(shutdown)

When we shutdown the Jboss then the status of receptor & responder of deployment/Update Queue are not showing as INACTIVE in the listener log.

Actual behavior: Show the status as ACTIVE after Jboss shut down.

Expected behavior:Should show as INACTIVE after jboss shut down.
